#TeamIronOverload were thrilled to be invited to the gala GSK/King's Fund Impact Awards on 30th June to receive our national impact award from Sir Jonathan Symonds (Chair of GSK) and Richard Murray (CEO of the King's Fund).

We were delighted to be joined by Kevin King (HUK Trustee), Dr Susan Hancock FRCGP (HUK Clinical Advisory Panel), Nigel Brunyee (HUK helpline volunteer) and Dr Janice Atkins (GH researcher) - representatives of the charity's many stakeholders - who gathered with our small staff team (Elizabeth, Neil McC, Diogo and Neil I, Liz) to share this prestigious award.
