Some of the things our members love, are the appointments with our Advance Nurse Practitioner and our Membership packs that we send out when you sign up, but there are many more which you can find here Frequently asked questions When will I receive my membership pack?Packs are sent out once the direct debit payment has been received - this is usually around 7 days after you set it up Please can I have some guides/booklets/leaflets/posters to take to my local GP/Hospital?Yes, please do request them in the members literature request above. If you would like us to send a pack directly to a specific surgery/clinic, please get in touch with the office. What communications will I receive from the charity as a member?We send a monthly 'Members only' ebulletin, full of what work the charity is currently doing, new membership benefits and much more. We also send out ad hoc emails when something time specific or we feel you may want to know about comes up.
