Our Helpline will be closed for the day on Friday 17th July, due to staff holidays.

We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause - but we're sure you'll agree that our Iron Nurses deserve a well earned break!

The Helpline will re-open on Monday 20th July. If you have a query during the closure, please email [email protected]. One of our Iron Nurses will respond when the Helpline reopens.

If you are seriously concerned about any symptoms, please contact your GP or NHS 111. In an emergency, call 999.
