This year, we're taking part in the Big Give Christmas Challenge, the UK’s biggest online match funding campaign. We’re hoping to raise vital funds for our 2021 awareness-raising campaign.

Making a pledge is easy. Just make your pledge online by 5pm on Friday 28th August.

We’re planning a series of awareness-raising events, across the country, for World Haemochromatosis Week in June 2021. We want to reach over 25,000 people with information about GH, its symptoms and how to get family members checked out.

Too many people are suffering from iron overload, without knowing. As a charity, we want to fix that, by helping others get diagnosed early, before serious illness develops.

You can help, now. You can be a part of this project, right now.

We’re asking our supporters to make promises of funding. These pledges of support will be used to double the online donations made to our charity during the Big Give Christmas Challenge. Every £pound you pledge will be matched by a £pound from a Big Give Champion, if we meet our target. That means a donation from you will be working twice as hard to reach twice as many people with information about genetic haemochromatosis.

We are aiming to raise a total of £6,250 in pledges over the Summer, to take part in this Christmas Challenge.

Can you make a pledge to help us reach our target?

Although we are a small charity, we have big aspirations for our community. We know from our helplines that there are too many people diagnosed late in life with iron overload – often too late to prevent serious illness.

Could you help us realise this project and help others in need? Donations are eligible for HMRC Gift Aid, further enhancing the value of your gift.
