Terms & Conditions
(1) All players must be aged 18 or over and resident in England, Scotland or Wales*.

(4) To claim a winning card - no later than 30 days after the closing date - complete the reverse of a winning card and return the card by post to Haemochromatosis UK, The Flaxmill, Flaxmill Lane, Pinchbeck, Lincs PE11 3YP – allow 28 days for prize claim. Prizes will be paid by Faster Payments/BACS.
(5) We cannot accept responsibility for winning cards lost in the post – please use signed-for delivery.
(6) All claims are subject to validation. Tampered or damaged cards are void.
